Gorgeous arrangement and EXCELLENT customer service. It was for our daughter's birthday and came with giant mylar balloons. The rep who took my order over the phone was kind, patient and helpful. They call the recipient for heads up prior to delivery and sent email confirmations and notifications of status of order. They also included a nice surprise of chocolate with the order- to my daughter's delight!
Highly recommend them and will be using again for all future orders without a doubt!

I ordered flowers for a doctor who helped my boss’s horse. I live in another city and was clueless on where to order from. I was so impressed with the service from University Flowers! The arrangement was absolutely gorgeous and looked exactly as pictured on the website. The flowers arrived right on time. I received an email and text message with a photo of the arrangement, which was such a nice touch and provided great peace of mind. I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend their beautiful products and exceptional customer service!

Ordered in the phone, from out of state; I am very picky with the fliers I send, since I love to make the bouquets really match with the recipient’s taste, personality, etc. University Flowers took down every detail I asked for, and sent me a preview of the arrangement before it went out for delivery. Since I chose Designer's Choice and was not really sure what bouquet would look like, I absolutely LOVED receiving a photo of the arrangement. Delivery driver called me and updated me with delivery info. Flowers were safely received. A perfect start to Senior Year classes. Thank You for sending our love from N.C. to make his 1st day GREAT.

I called several florists in town for a nice bereavement plant. Many thought that a ivy plant or peace plant would be gloriously beautiful. Only University flowers had something unusual and presentable in stock. Thanks!

Beautiful Flowers and timely same day delivery!

I had waited until the last minute to order an arrangement. I called and explained what I was looking for. The gentleman that answered the phone was very helpful (I’m sorry but I don’t remember his name). He helped me decide on flowers and type of arrangement. It was delivered on time, same day. I thought the flowers turned out great and most importantly, my wife was very happy with them.
